Pongal is approaching, and the movie will compete with Vijay’s Varis.
The Thunivu of Ajith just grew a little bit. The most recent information is that Ajith’s Thunivu will be released by Sarigama Cinemas, who previously handled the blockbusters Ponniyin Selvan, RRR, and KGF Chapter 2 in the US. “We, @sarigamacinemas, are ecstatic & honored to premiere the much-anticipated Thala #AjithKumar’s #Thunivu in the USA this Pongal,” the film’s creators tweeted on their social media account.
The movie will be distributed in Tamil Nadu by Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies, while Lyca Productions, who previously handled the distribution of Mani Ratnam’s landmark Ponniyin Selvan, will address the movie’s international release.
The rumor is that the movie will be an entirely noncommercial action entertainer. H Vinoth is the director of the heist thriller Thunivu. According to reports, the plot centers on a bank heist that happened in the 1980s. However, nothing to that effect has yet been confirmed. The team has completed the shot and is currently filming the upbeat song Chilla Chilla on the same set as Superstar Rajinikanth’s Jailer.
Manju Warrier, who plays a significant role in Thunivu, is joined by actors Samuthirakani, John Kokken, and Veera, to name a few. Boney Kapoor is funding the movie, which will premiere in theatres on Pongal 2023. Following Nerkonda Paarvai and Valimai, Ajith, H Vinoth, and Boney Kapoor collaborate once more for Thunivu.
