Bollywood actor Sonam Kapoor and her husband, businessman Anand Ahuja, recently attended an event in Mumbai where they met Apple CEO Tim Cook. Sonam shared photos of herself and Anand from the event, calling him her “handsome date” and praising him as one of the biggest supporters of creative talent and innovation.
In the photos, Sonam is seen wearing a grey formal outfit while Anand sports a blue and grey look. The couple looked stylish and happy as they posed for the camera.
Many celebrities attended the event to meet Tim Cook, who is in India to inaugurate the first Apple retail store in the country. Sonam and Anand were among those who got a chance to meet the tech giant’s CEO.
Sonam also shared some solo photos on Instagram, expressing her admiration for the new Apple store in Mumbai and the team behind it. She wrote, “Such a stunning @apple store launched in Bombay (Mumbai). But was most impressed with the members that are a part of the Apple leadership and the team that they’ve built. Kudos to the company.”
Sonam and Anand tied the knot in 2018 and welcomed their son Vayu last year. In a recent interview, Sonam spoke about her maternity break and how it was the best decision for her to take some time off.
After a long break, Sonam is set to make her film comeback with Shome Makhija’s Blind, which is a remake of the 2011 Korean film of the same name. The film centers around a blind police officer in search of a serial killer, with Sonam playing the lead role. The first look from the film was shared by the director recently, and also stars actors Purab Kohli, Vinay Pathak, and Lillete Dubey in supporting roles.
As Sonam returns to the silver screen, her fans eagerly await her upcoming projects and continue to admire her stylish appearances both on and off screen.
