He has passed the examinations of Shastri B.A Hons, B.Ed, M.A Sanskrit, M.A Hindi and Pre PhD with first class. He has passed UGC NET ( University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test ).
He is honored with the Sanskrit Seva Samman and Sanskrit Samaradhak Award by Sanskrit Academy Delhi the Government of Delhi and he is decorated with the Sanskrit shikshak Ratna Award by the Sanskrit Teachers Association Delhi.
He is the name of the field of pure literature and education, which highlights the significance of achieving success through struggle and perseverance.He has made his father Late Shri Gopal Dass ji and mother Smt. Vidya Devi is always proud. He is moving ahead in life by getting the values from his parents.
Shri Vijay Kumar is constantly setting new dimensions in the field of literature.
While working as teacher in Delhi Directorate of Education, he is always promoting his literary passion. His poems have been published in newspapers of the country and abroad.
