Ans- A.S.Sethupathi from Anthiyur, Erode district, Tamilnadu, India. I’m the Founder of the website https://www.houseplansdaily.com/. I completed B.E.in Civil Engineering (2013) and M. Tech in Structural Engineering (2015) at the Hindustan University, Chennai. I’m a Civil, Structural Engineer cum Architect, Blogger, House Plans Creator, You Tuber, Vastu Consultant and an Awards winning Nonfiction Book Author. I learned Vastu Shastra by myself. And I learned to make house plans as per Vastu Shastra . Also, I makes blueprints, sections, elevation drawings, interior design drawings in both 2D and 3D. After some research, I came to know that many people in this world are looking for house plan ideas. Hence, I decided to create house plan books as per Vastu Shastra for the people who need house plans to build their dream house. Now I creating house plans and publishing them all over the world thru My books and website.
- Your family details, who all are there, what do they do?
Ans-In my family there are four members. Father, Mother, me and younger sister. My father is a retired government bus conductor. And my mother is a house wife. And my younger sister worked as junior assistant in government sector. Finally, I’m a Civil, Structural Engineer cum Architect, Blogger, House Plans Creator, YouTuber, Vastu Consultant, and an Awards winning Nonfiction Book Author.
Ans- After completing my studies I didn’t get a good job for nearly 2 years. Those 2 years is my life-changing period. I used those time to learn vastu shastra by myself by reading books. After that, I learned to create house plans as per vastu shastra. Then I construct my house according to the vastu shastra principle. In that time, after some research, I came to know that many people in this world searching for house plan ideas on the net to build their dream house. Hence I decided to create house plan books for the people who looking for house plan ideas. Also, my books are useful for civil, structural engineers, architects, astrologers, vastu experts. they can use my book as a sample or reference. Moreover, my book is very useful for the students who wanna learn to create house plans as per vastu shastra. So I started creating house plans and published my house plans thru a book. I got a very good response from the people who bought my book. It encouraged me a lot. So I decided to create more books. Now I making books and publishing them all over the world thru Amazon, notion press, draft2digital, Smash words, publish drive, the pencil app, and lulu publishing platforms.
- How is your book impacting readers?
Ans- The people or the reader who read my book, are really happy. Many people contact me directly and told me their positive reviews about my book and congratulate me.

- Tell us a bit about your writing journey so far.
Ans-I Started My writing journey in my free time. Then my writing and creating house floor plans turns into my passion and now it turns into my business. I feel very blessed person and happy because now I receiving many awards for my books.
- Any interesting incident/anecdote during your journey as an author?
Ans- After published my books, one day I got a job offer from one person. He liked my book and encouraged me and he called me to join his architecture firm. I joined his company and worked in Ahmedabad. Within few days I got a promotion there as a general manager. And I happily worked there. Recently I resigned that company due to covid. The name of the firm is cadbull interiors and architecture.
- What are your upcoming projects in the literary field?
Ans– Recently y I published my new book named as “Latest G+1 house plan designs”. That book contains the latest G+1 house plan designs as per Vastu Shastra and 108 land areas of beautiful house plans. There are 27 different land sizes of house plans featured in each direction; East, West, North, and South. It contains house plans ranging from 484 sq. ft. to 2400 sq. ft. that are suitable for any plot. In the upcoming period, I planning to publish this book in the Hindi language. And I already published this book in the Tamil language.
- Did you receive any award for your achievement?
Ans- Yes this year till now I get nominated for 13 awards because of my book. I’m very happy for that. I received an award from” Awardsarc”, “Elite Book Awards”, and “Priyas wisdom publication”, and “cherry book awards”, . Then, i get nominated for more awards , they are ” The Indian Awaz”, Quidditch ink awards”, “The fireboxx”, “The back penning awards”,“ Millennia awards”, “ Bharatiya youth face of india awards”, “ iconic talent awards”, “The social tape” and “the talent pillar awards”.
- How does it feel to be an award winner for your amazing work?
Ans- I feeling very Blessed and I feel so happy for receiving many awards for my work. This appreciation making me work more. I say my Thanks to God and the Universe.
