If you could tell your younger self who’s into literature, anything, what would it be?
Never curse your destiny and keep working hard, is what i truly believe in, As as said in Bhagavad Gita, “karam kiye jaa, fal ki chinta mat kar”
Put in your efforts and leave the result in the hands of God. Invest your time in learning and upgrading yourself and it will never go vain. The more you learn, the more you get closer to your success.
How many unpublished and half-finished books do you have?
Currently I have many different themes running in my mind. I have one half finished book and multiple projects that I will soon work upon.
What does literary success look like to you?
Literary success! Oh ! That’s not mine and it would never be. Yes, I am enjoying it, I feel it, but I truly owe it to my husband Sanjeev, without his support I would never have been able to face the struggles of my life. He is the constant supporter and the light of my life which led me to choosing the right path.
How long does it take you to write a book and what’s the best way to market your books?
I can’t exactly state the number of months, but for this book it was a little different. I did not focus on the time, rather I read more religious books and experiences of what life taught me over the years have been inculcated into this book.
How do you feel after getting so much appreciation from the readers?
It is the best feeling and I cannot describe that in words. It feels awesome when someone reads your work and learns something through it. It motivates me more and more to write and believe in myself. I thank the Almighty for bringing me to such a stage where I can experience this feeling and feel worthy of it.
A message that you would like to give to upcoming writers and audiences out there?
Make reading a daily habit. Read everyday. Yes, read and read. Read as many books as you can. Implement what you learn. The more you read, the more ideas you get, and more creative you become. Life is all about creativity!
A life mantra that you strongly believe in?
I believe that you should have a Guru (a spiritual master) in your life to guide you through the right path of life. You learn how to live your life, face challenges and have faith in God.
