Then we asked some questions to shreyash
1. Tell us why you are doing food blogging?
I started this food blogging 3 years back. I want to change the Amravati food industry and let people know about it. I believe in working harder and always doing something new. I love laying out new ideas, and executing them, something which hasn’t been done before!
2. Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?
Food blogging can be a regular career but you have to be patient for it, you have to do hard work for every work. I started this because it was my passion then it became my regular source of income. If anyone is really interested in food then it surely can be a regular career.
3. Which restaurants/food joints would you recommend to food lovers?
Indian cuisine has always been my favorite. I tried very different cuisines but I personally think Indian cuisine is the best in the world, I like Punjabi food more. Chole bhature, chole kulche, butter chicken are my favorite dishes.
4. What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?
As a food blogger, I get to try and review all sorts of delicacies from different parts of the world. As I already covered most of my hometown Amravati food, so I will suggest trying street food from Amravati like gilavada, kachori.
For me, the more important thing is to look, if a dish is looking delicious then we start thinking that it surely will be the tastiest so for me first comes to look then taste. And now hygiene also becomes the most important thing. I am also trying to show how restaurants are maintaining their hygiene.
5. Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?
Biryani has always been close to my heart. I tried biryani from each and every restaurant in Amravati.
6. Which is your favorite book and why?
Harry Potter is my favorite book. Even though the books are about the world of wizards and magic, the Harry Potter series contains a lot of lessons for young people to learn.
Firstly, it teaches us the importance of friendship. I have read many books but never come across a friendship like that of Harry, Hermoine, and Ron. These three musketeers stuck together throughout the books and never gave up. It taught me the value of a good friend.
