He has been a part of the HR industry for almost 2 decades and has seen various cycles of growth and progress in the industry.
He is the expert for the domains of talent solutions, talent consulting and leadership search and has exposure in helping clients on total reward programs. He also has been instrumental in setting up global in-house centers, GCC’s for various organizations in the last 2 decades.
Along with a lot of primary surveys and research, he brings to the table an unsurmountable knowledge of the HR solution consulting approach across various sectors.
Our Start up Journey
Somewhere in year 2014 – 15, came a realization that there are many HR firms, but very few which can bring quality solutions. Though the HR industry is well organized and mature globally, it still remains unstructured at a nascent stage in India. Even after having many players, there are a handful companies that are stabilized, well managed and well sustained.
This is how, at Posterity we got an idea that quality plays a vital role. And we can be a quality player when it comes to serving or solving the complex hiring problems.
We had a very humble origin and today we are 100+ member team and we focus a lot on, internal capability development, hiring people from top colleges across streams of engineering, psychology, management and various other backgrounds.
There is a lot of focus to train this workforce as the future advisors on technical and functional market intelligence along with client sensitivity, as we believe great customer experience is a pillar to sustenance of any business.
Posterity has an integral vision and thus we choose our clients in a very selective manner and support their needs for the solutions they need, attesting to our services. This has enabled us to cultivate our sectorial focus which is now unparalleled in the domains of technology, IT and financial services.
We are also at an intermediate stage in GCC setup or organization setup and that’s where a lot of talent centric research, giving solutions in and around real problems at planning stages comes into picture. We enable the companies to make right decisions, that’s where the strength of services lies and we are self-sustained as we don’t have any equity dilution or any funds taken from market.
For Posterity, employees come always first followed by customer. It is so because we believe that employee if taken well, will take care of the customers or clients very well. And though we continue to face a lot of very unorganized competition but we definitely anticipate that clients do recognize a quality player.
