She joined AIG as a risk manager, but also worked at an event planning company to gain practical experience. After six months, Aastha and her brother Satweek Jha founded Kraftstar Management in 2015.
Kraftstar Management started small, with a budget of 4000 rupees for their first project. But with the right resources and digital marketing initiatives, the word of their company spread quickly. Their excellent services and easy approachability led to further assignments and references from clients to other people. Within six months of starting their company, they landed their first wedding event contract, which was a huge success. By the end of their first year, they had organized 15 weddings, and their popularity continued to grow.
