Following Simmba, Ranveer Singh and Rohit Shetty are preparing to work together once more on the unique comedy movie Cirkus. Though specifics of the movie are being kept under wraps, the performer played two roles in an earlier poster provided by the production team. Along with him, Jacqueline Fernandez and Pooja Hegde will also appear in the movie.
The movie, which has a circus-themed setting, is anticipated to be released in theatres around Christmas. Earlier, we had stated that the movie’s trailer will be released the first week of December. However, the most recent information indicates that the producers have set a date, and the trailer is anticipated to debut on December 2.
A source informed us that the trailer will be available between December 1 and December 3. There will be a significant build-up before the trailer is unveiled, and the team is planning a major presentation for it. Like with all of Rohit Shetty’s movies, the trailer’s release will be followed by the releases of two primary songs and the film itself on December 23.
The insider also said how carefully the marketing campaign for the movie is being prepared, including placing hoardings in various locations. “That being said, the trailer will be shown daily at all multiplexes up to the movie’s premiere. It’s a genius move by Rohit, and Ranveer was equally delighted by the marketing humour, the insider said.
Cirkus, starring Jacqueline Fernandez, Pooja Hegde, Ranveer Singh, and Varun Sharma, was directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Reliance Entertainment, T-Series, and Rohit Shetty Picturez. It is scheduled to be released on December 23.
